Varney Agency Tribunalized by Lloyd's of London

For Immediate Release, September 9, 2015 - Varney Agency today announced it has completed the tribunalization process with Lloyd's of London which now authorizes Varney Agency as a coverholder giving direct access to the Lloyd's market. This market will be utilized to bring new leading edge insurance solutions to the U.S. marketplace.

"Varney Agency has hit a milestone in becoming a part of Lloyd's global network of expert brokers and local underwriters," said Tim Varney, President & CEO of Varney Agency. "Considering there are less than 2900 coverholders worldwide and only 968 in the U.S., this is another competitive advantage for us that will continue to grow as we develop new products to complement our existing offerings. The structure of Lloyd's and its world-wide risk profile enables Varney Agency to provide insurance solutions that cannot be obtained with our domestic markets."

As stated by Richard Cirsch of AHJ Limited, Lloyd's Brokers to Varney Agency: "We are delighted that the Lloyd's Market have recognized Varney Agency as having the right experience and quality to become an approved Coverholder. The strength and vast global experience of the Lloyd's security, coupled with the expertise of Varney Agency will facilitate innovative solutions to meet the insurance needs of U.S. clientele wherever they arise. We are proud to be associated with Varney Agency at this most exciting time in their history."
